About Us

“SANTOOL” was established in year 1997, with a dream of excelling in providing manufacturing,process engineering and related services. Need was felt to establish link between customers’ high competence in engineering design and actual manufacturing converting design into product. With a vast and in-depth hands-on experience in good manufacturing practices and keen customer focus, SANTOOL soon became well known and established this link, wherever solution to the critical development processes of components, sub-assemblies and some import substitutes was involved.

SANTOOL has technically qualified and competent staff and is well equipped with the needed manufacturing facilities. We have the necessary machinery set-up in-house typical to a “Tool Room”, to convert the understanding into reality.Our main emphasis has always been on proper and appropriately designed manufacturing process to meet the customers’ requirements and specifications.

We are well equipped with the required precision measuring equipment much needed to ensure meeting high quality requirements of the customers.

We also have well established, competent and stable vendor base to cater to varied customer needs. These vendors have state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities including spark erosion machines, CNC machining centers, jig boring facility, LASER Machining, Water Jet cutting, sophisticated surface treatment facilities for Powder coating, anodizing, Nickel plating etc.

With seamless co-ordination that we have with our vendors, customers enjoy the single window communication with us for all types of their needs. We take pride in being known as ‘Engineers providing right solutions to customers needs.’
